Laurie’s Massachusetts Honey ( Free to Bee )

SKU: N/A Category:

Laurie Herboldsheimer produces our local honey from her bees in central Massachusetts. Her hives are all in stationary locations in rural Fitchburg, Leominster, Lancaster, Littleton, New Braintree, and Ware. All of her Massachusetts honeys are harvested, extracted, and bottled in small batches, by location, under the Free to Bee label. The Massachusetts honeys are blends of mostly wildflowers and tree blossoms. The earlier season honeys are lighter in color with more delicate yet subtly complex floral flavors. The later season honeys are darker, richer, often fruitier, and equally complex.

Each bee yard produces slightly different honeys and we don’t always have all varieties available for each location. If you request a color or location that is out of stock, we will contact you with other options. We’re sure you’ll be happy with whichever honey you get as all are amazingly delicious!
